1. Q:What’s the function of notching cutter?
A：Notching the V-groove for the KT board.
2. Q: How thick can it cut?
A:5 mm.
3. Q: How many angels can it groove?
A: It could groove angle in 90°and 120°, to achieve 90°and 60°angle.Due to the characteristic of KT board, you could extrussion the V tank to other angle.
4. Q: How many blades does it have?
A: Four, installed already.
5. Is the blade easy to loosen and lost?
A: No, the blade is installed tightly.
6. Q:How to replace the blades?
A: Just loosen the screw, open the moulde and exchange the blade. Please ask sales for video guidance if any questions.
7. Q: Does it need to adjust the depth of blade?
A: No, the blade position and depth is fixed, just put the balde in.
8. Q: It has only one side blade when we receive the cutter, why?
A: You can find other side blade hidden inside, just loosen the screw to change.
9. Q: Is it workable for grooving paper board or acrylic board?
A: No, it is specail designed only for KT board.
10. Q: Is the cover durable? Easy damaged?
A: No, it is made of durable PC material.
11. Q: Is the blade easy for purchase?
A: Blade is 11# surgical blade, can be purchased from us or from the local market.
